HPL panels Fundermax have a lot of advantages over other materials for wall cladding in medical facilities. Due to the absence of pores, bacteria and harmful microorganisms do not accumulate on the surface of the panels, which allows the use of HPL panels in rooms with high cleanliness requirements. Another important characteristic of HPL panels is their "zero" absorption of dyes, making it difficult to leave marks with markers or spray paint on them.
Both the external surface and the internal filling of Fundermax HPL panels have exceptional moisture resistance due to the thermally cured synthetic resins that make up their composition. In "clean rooms", the panels should be joined edge-to-edge with a special rubber-silicone sealant to ensure a tight connection between the panels, preventing the accumulation of dirt in the joints and allowing for sanitary and hygienic treatment with any solutions.
This is how HPL panels from Fundermax were installed in the children's clinic at Ohmatdyt. Drawings were applied to the panels using milling, which was positively received by the clinic's young patients.
