Over this time, tenants, brands, and signs have changed, but one key quality has remained unchanged: the architectural relevance of the building. The restrained black-and-white graphics, the rhythm of the vertical panels, and the clear modular grid form a timeless image that is not tied to the identity of a specific business and can be easily adapted to new residents.

The material system of this facade has proven its practical value in long-term operation: the geometric stability of the structure guarantees the preservation of clear lines, the surface retains its color even under climatic loads, and the technical characteristics reduce operating costs. For a commercial building, this means that the true investment value of the property is measured not by its aesthetics at the time of opening, but by the condition of the facade in 10–20 years.
