Good Life Mall. Facade

The Good Life shopping center, located at 5 Ioana Pavla II Street in the Kiev Pechersk district, was opened in 2018. The project was developed by ACORE Development Group and LuxBud, with architect Konstantin Khoroshavin from the "Architectural Union" firm and designer Elena Svistunova. The three-story shopping center is located in a unique location in an area that is undergoing transformation from industrial to elite residential complexes. The total area of Good Life is 10,000 square meters, with 7,500 square meters of space for shops, restaurants, and cafes for rent. For the convenience of visitors, there is a parking lot for 200 cars.

If we pay attention to the facade of the Good Life shopping center, we can see a quite original designer concept. The walls are covered with HPL panels of various sizes and colors from Fundermax, with the main sections of the facade decorated with panels of the 0693 Orchid, 0768 Sparrow, 0733 Hygienic White, 0712 Steel Blue, and 0027 Prado Agate Grey designs. On other parts of the facade, the designers and installers used panels with the 0803 Tyrol Pine design in the form of wooden planks, which helped to harmonize the overall facade ensemble.
