Dr. Watson Residential Complex

Modern Ukrainian architecture is a constantly developing sphere. Modern conditions require modern solutions and dictate new rules for developers, designers, and architects. The mundane exterior and grayness no longer attract potential buyers to new residential complexes. After all, the facade is the face of the complex and it is the first thing the buyer sees in photos and then in person. Therefore, it is important to give the "wrapper" a certain charm that will distinguish this residential complex from others.

The "Doctor Watson" residential complex was opened in Lviv in 2019. The complex was built according to the latest trends in European architecture with its compactness, minimalism, and refinement of forms. The complex includes a six-story building with 24 comfortable apartments. The design concept of the "Doctor Watson" exterior, even based on its name, provided for a modern English style and required decoration with reliable materials with characteristic decorations. HPL panels from Fundermax with the 0923 Enigma decor came in handy here, with the help of which the facade of "Doctor Watson" acquired an elegant exterior.
